Hello! My name is Laura and I am a certified yoga and meditation teacher. 

Yoga is an ancient, Eastern body-mind practice that helps to relieve physical and mental stress.

In the private yoga and meditation sessions you’ll learn how to release stress, feel calm and in harmony. The gentle yoga stretches and poses will help let go of tension. And the breathing techniques and meditations will activate the relaxation response. These tools are great to have and you’ll be able to implement this into your daily life.

Yes, all my private classes are tailored to your level of experience

Q I have a physical injury, can I do yoga?

Always check with your Primary Care Physician first if you're allowed to take yoga classes. If your doctor gives you clearance, always let your yoga teacher know.

Q I am pregnant, can I do yoga?

Q I have never done meditation before, what can I expect?

I offer guided meditations and breathing exercises that are beginner-friendly. All you need is an open mind and the willingness to try!
